Welcome to MrLion Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, including SG GoFast, and our website (collectively, "our Services").

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

You may use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Our apps are designed to help you with Singapore transport information including bus arrivals, MRT routes, carpark availability, and EV charging stations.

You agree to use our Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps
• Copy, modify, or distribute our app content, logo, or trademarks
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
• Use automated tools or bots to access our Services

MrLion Studio, SG GoFast, and all related logos, graphics, and content are the intellectual property of MrLion Studio. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our apps or website without our prior written consent.

Our apps provide transport information from Singapore government data sources (including LTA DataMall and Data.gov.sg). While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed in our apps.

Transport schedules, carpark availability, and other information may change frequently. Always verify critical information with official sources before making travel decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrLion Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our apps may integrate with third-party services including:

• Google Drive - for optional data backup
• Google Analytics & Firebase - for app analytics
• Google AdMob - for advertising (in free versions)
• Singapore Government Sources - LTA DataMall, Data.gov.sg, HDB, URA

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
