Welcome to MrLion Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications and games (including SG GoFast, Calendar SGMY, and Lunar Roll) and our website (collectively, "our Services").

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

You may use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Our apps are designed to help with everyday needs such as transport information and calendar management, and our games are provided for your personal entertainment.

You agree to use our Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps
• Copy, modify, or distribute our app content, logo, or trademarks
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
• Use automated tools or bots to access our Services
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores, leaderboards, or in-game economies in our games

MrLion Studio, SG GoFast, Calendar SGMY, Lunar Roll, and all related logos, graphics, game content, and characters are the intellectual property of MrLion Studio. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our apps or website without our prior written consent.

Our apps provide information from official government data sources and other third-party services. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed in our apps.

Information such as transport schedules, calendar events, and holiday data may change. Always verify critical information with official sources before making decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrLion Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our games may include virtual items such as gems, lives, skins, and other in-game content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the game, not sold: they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the game, and are non-transferable.

Some Virtual Items can be purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by the respective store, and refunds are governed by that store's refund policy. Consumable purchases (such as life packs) are delivered immediately and used as you play.

We may adjust game balance, pricing, availability, or the design of Virtual Items over time to keep our games fair and fun. Virtual Items may be lost if you uninstall a game without a linked cloud save, and we cannot restore progress that was never backed up.

Our games may offer online features such as leaderboards, achievements, daily challenges, and cloud saves through Google Play Games Services (or Apple Game Center on iOS). Signing in is optional; if you sign in, scores you submit appear on public leaderboards under your gamer profile.

We may remove scores or restrict access to online features where we reasonably believe they were obtained through cheating, exploits, or automation — keeping the leaderboards fair for everyone is part of the game.

Online features require an internet connection and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued over time. Some games may also show optional rewarded advertisements in exchange for in-game benefits — watching them is always your choice.

Our apps may integrate with third-party services including:

• Google Drive - for optional data backup (app-specific)
• Google Analytics & Firebase - for app analytics and crash reporting
• Google AdMob - for advertising (in free versions)
• Google Play Games Services / Apple Game Center - for game sign-in, leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves
• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase - for processing in-app purchases
• Government Sources - such as LTA DataMall, Data.gov.sg, Singapore and Malaysia government data

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
